Coliseum – I Hate Them All

Coliseum, a death metal band with hints of thrash metal from the early nineties comes at you with uncontrollable insanity and just knocks you, the listener unconscious. “I Hate Them All” is a five-song EP with a running length of 20 minutes, and definitely brings to mind memories of early Kreator, Sodom, Celtic Frost and Destruction.

This Brazilian deadly trio definitely packs a vicious punch within their hellish guitar rhythms, agonized vocals and mid-paced drumming barrage on the ears. The guitars alone are sure to burn a morbid path across your skull, leaving burn marks and scars sure to remind you of Coliseum’s unholy death and thrash mannerisms. Listening to the five cuts of immense sonic torture found here, conjure up images of people of the Christian faith being hung from torture stakes bleeding to their brutal deaths.

These guys have enough hatred loaded on this EP to literally make you feel all of their disgust for religion in general. I’m pretty sure, people of faith are all up in arms from their local town, to their ungodly lyrics, ha-ha.

Check it out and feel the old school rage of extreme metal come alive from the darkest depth of oblivion on “I Hate Them All”.     Via Nocturna      Sarjoo Devani
